HOW THE RENTAL WORKS

DELIVERY INFORMATION
DELIVERY
Delivery is available Australia-wide.
Your item will be delivered by Australia Post Express Post and a tracking number will be provided by email when it is sent. It will be sent to arrive on or before your selected delivery date.
Orders placed prior to 1pm will be dispatched the same day, all order placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
RETURNS
Your package will come with a prepaid Express Post satchel for returning your items and needs to be returned via a YELLOW express post box or over the counter at your local Australia Post outlet.
If your rental period ends on a Sunday or a public holiday, just drop your item in the nearest yellow Express Postal Box on the return date. It will be shipped back to us in the next business day.
We take care of dry-cleaning too so you don't have to worry about it.
Late fees apply if item is not returned by due date.
BACK UP DRESS
Not sure about the dress size or fit? Why not add a Backup Dress to your order in 3 easy steps:
1. ADD TO CART
Add both selections to your cart ensuring that both rentals are for the same date.
2. ENTER CODE AT CHECKOUT
Enter the code BACKUP at the checkout to receive 75% OFF the second dress (this will apply to the lower priced dress) Complete the checkout process and both dresses will be sent for your selected hire date
.3. RETURN THE DRESSES
Post back both dresses on your return date. One style must be unworn and in its original condition, you are not permitted to wear both.
PLEASE NOTE | The back up dress fee is non refundable.
FAQs
Returns + Refunds
Cancellations for a full refund are allowed 21 or more days prior to your rental start date.
All other cancellations will be processed and a full credit note issued.
If you receive your dress and it does not fit or its not perfect, please then send the dress back to us in the return satchel provided within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a credit note for the hire amount minus shipping costs.
