The Style Squad operates this website under the ABN 41966415119. These terms and conditions apply to any product or service provided by The Style Squad.
Through acceptance of hire/purchase you accept these Terms and Conditions that create a binding legal contract between you and The Style Squad. The Style Squad recommends that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully
Paypal, Afterpay, Zippay and Credit Card is the current accepted method of payment.
The Rental fee will be charged to the credit card or account submitted with your order.
If a selected rental garment becomes unavailable (due to damage or late return or any unforeseen circumstance) The Style Squad will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. In that event, you can either rent another garment or have the debited funds reimbursed to you. The Style Squad shall accept no further liability beyond this.
All rental orders cancelled 7 days or less are subject to forfeiture of all payments and/or deposits. All rental orders cancelled more than 7 days of the event date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
All cancellations will incur a cancellation processing fee of $3.50
If your dress arrives and does not fit please contact us immediately at email@example.com Please then send the dress back to us in the return satchel within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a credit note for the hire amount minus shipping costs and fees incurred to us. The dress must be unworn and in original condition.
We do not offer refunds on our dress rental items.
Your credit note is valid on hire items only.
Limitation of Liability
The Style Squad accepts no responsibility for the sizing of garments. If the garment you select is not your perfect size, we will endeavor to send an alternative garment subject to availability and courier service.
You must cover the cost of postage.
The Style Squad dry clean and inspect products with the upmost of care however use of this product is at your own risk and The Style Squad shall not be held liable for any related complaints associated with a product rented from our site. Our products may have been worn by other consumers prior to your rental.
With delivery of your product, a pre-paid return satchel is provided. Please ensure that you place your dress inside the self addressed envelope and return the envelope to an Yellow Express Post box or Australia Post Office by 4pm on the last day of your rental. The Style Squad will not take responsibility for lost articles mailed in Australia post boxes. If you lose your return packaging it is your responsibility to return the garment via traceable express post to The Style Squad or in person to an agreed address. You must provide tracking details to The Style Squad.
If you return your order via an Australia Post Office (highly recommended) it will be scanned over the counter as proof of lodgement. At this point the parcel will be deemed as returned and The Style Squad will accept responsibility for the parcel after the scan. If you return your dress via an Australia Post Box and the dress is not scanned and is lost by Australia Post then you accept responsibility for this loss and will be required to pay the retail cost of the dress less the rental fee already paid.
Once delivery has been made to your nominated address you bear all responsibility for the garment.
Use of The Style Squad products
You agree to treat our product with the upmost of care and responsibility.
You are responsible for any damage to the garment including stains. Wear and tear is considered normal as are minor stains which can be removed in dry cleaning. If you return a product and it is damaged beyond what The Style Squad considers normal wear and tear then you agree that we shall charge you, and you will pay, for the price of repairing the product or if the product is unable to be repaired you agree to pay up to the full retail value of the garment. Altering, using hem tape, adding, removing or cutting any part of any rental garment is prohibited. All rental garments must not be immersed in ocean or chlorine water or be missing pieces.
If a garment is not returned to us, we consider this as theft and will proceed accordingly. You will also be charged the FULL RRP of the garment. This is non negotiable.
The use of fake tan or like products is at your discretion. Any stains from such products that cannot be removed through dry cleaning will be considered wear and tear beyond normal.
Late Return Fee
All rental orders must be returned on the next business day after the reserved event date. Weekend rental orders must be returned by the end of business day on Monday or if that Monday occurs on a holiday, then the next business day. Late Return Fee is 25% of the rental price per day per garment up to 200% of the retail price of the garment. Your debit/credit card provided will be charged accordingly.

Here at The Style Squad we take our squad's privacy very seriously and will only collect and use customer information as described below.
All orders made through The Style Squad are highly secured through Paypal. All details including credit card details are passed securely through Paypal's secure payment process. The Style Squad does not store credit card details and will not contact customers in regards to their credit/debit card details.
The Style Squad will collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number. This information is collected when you purchase orders or register through applications on The Style Squad website. Information will also be collected through email, phone and or in person communication. Any details provided through The Style Squad directly or indirectly will remain strictly confidential and The Style Squad will not share or sell your personal information to any third parties.
